How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping across the UK on all orders over £50 - Under £50 is only £3.50!

How long does it take to receive my order?

Most of our orders are delivered within 1 - 3 business days.. Please note that the couriers do not collect on weekends so if you order over the weekend your order will be shipped on the following Monday/Tuesday. Orders made after 12pm on a Friday will also be shipped on the following Monday. 

Will I get a tracking number?

Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking ID so that you can track your order each step of the way. Please bare in mind that sometimes it can take an extra day AFTER your order has shipped for you to receive your tracking ID as some carriers do not always scan in the package as soon as they get it. Rest assured that your order will be on the way.

What happens if there is an issue with my order?

We want you to be happy with your order so if there are any issues please contact us at zipngouk@gmail.com and we will find a solution asap. We aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours (Monday - Friday only).
